(Washington, DC, November 13, 2015) The AFL-CIO along with AFSCME submitted the following brief in light of the U.S. Supreme Court’s pending hearing of Friedrichs v. California Teachers Association. The Friedrichs case, if decided wrongly, could limit the rights of workers to speak up together in their workplace to bargain for a better life and the public good.
